As you can see from the pictures this young man has quite a story to tell. In his younger years he was in one of the Gangs and had a gunshot wound to his stomach followed by a bad infection. Years passed and now he has a remarkable corporate career. He keeps himself in the excellent shape with daily exercise routine but was unhappy about his uneven scar, extra skin, asymmetry and a pooch under his belly button. During the examination we have found that after the injuries to his stomach the muscles did not heal together well. As most of you know the traditional tummy tuck scar is horizontal. Adding the horizontal scar to his vertical one creates an anchor shaped scar that may be difficult to conceal. We were able to pull his muscles together, improve the position, shape and symmetry of his abdomen and his scar through the existing incision.
