Description: This is a lady with A cup breasts who wanted to be as large as possible without "looking fake". She elected to have the surgery with the incision under the nipple. She is very happy about the result. Unfortunately, due to her work schedule she was unable to come back for more recent pictures. We used Mentor style 1600 implants. She has a very balances shape. Details: Small redness under the nipples is irritation from Bacitracin ointment. You can barely see the scar now. In a few month the breasts will settle, look even more natural and the scars will be even less noticable.

Description: This is a lady with A cup breasts who wanted to be larger but not too large. She elected to have the surgery with the incision in the arm pit. Close analysis shows that her left side is smaller, tighter and has a higher positioned breast fold. The ideal surgery for her would be breast augmentation on both sides and a breast lift on the right to improve the symmetry of the nipples. However, she absolutely did not want to have any scars on her breasts and was willing to live with some asymmetry. This young lady is very athletic and desired to have larger breasts. Her size was 34B- and she wanted to have fuller breasts about C cup. She wanted to be larger but not too large.
